Bus Accident Causes Leg, Neck & Shoulder Injuries

On April 30, 2014, our client was a passenger on a Greyhound bus when the driver rear-ended a pick-up truck. The impact caused the pickup truck to spin and jackknife, resulting in a second impact between the bus’s front end and the driver’s side of the pickup truck. These impacts resulted in fatal injuries to the pick-up driver and serious injuries to passengers onboard the Greyhound bus. Our client has persistent low back pain with severe left leg radiation, pain in his neck, right shoulder and left knee. He had a surgery to his right shoulder and received ESI’s to his lower back.
